The intervention is adjusted to the required functional plan: a large space with work tables in the lower level, resting areas with a kitchen in the access and the common meeting room, located in the center that serves as a separator / filter element between the different areas. The materials used were  the recovery of the brick wall seen in the lower space, metal staircase and handrail, playing with light colors such as floors and walls, wood for the work tables and black for the volume and the area from the kitchen.
