The intervention that was made in this building was complete, being a building from the ’60s with very little maintenance. The elevator was installed and all the apartments were renovated, as the interior distribution, such as installations and terminations. In both facades the windowsills of the existing windows were eliminated to be replaced by French windows, giving more light to the interior and renewing the facade.
